A 23-meter waterfall, Fantail Falls is located in Mt Aspiring National Park, along HAAST Highway. This is a beautiful and easily accessible waterfall, which drops into the crystal clear Haast River. Fantail Falls is roughly a 1-hour' drive away from Wanaka.

Dear Ruby,
Just a note to let you know that we will be home some time on Friday. We have only caught 5 fish all together we have just came back from the Eglinton we got one each the weather has been quite mild here but not good fishing weather according to Ward Beer the ranger here.
